All charges incurred are your responsibility regardless of your insurance coverage. As your dental care provider, our relationship and responsibility is with you, the patient.

Your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer, and an insurance company. Our office is not a party to that contract. However, as a courtesy to our insured patients, we can provide the necessary documentation for you to submit claims after your treatment is completed. To do this, we will need your insurance card and the complete details of the insured subscriber. We are unable to provide documentation for Medicare, Medicaid, or medical insurance claims.

Payment is due at or prior to the time of service. All fees must be settled as treatment is provided.

Payment methods include cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Trailhead Dental also offers financing plans through two different third-party agencies — CareCredit and Lending Club. These companies offer low-, and in some cases, no-interest payment plans of varying terms.
