My Teeth were down to almost nothing before I went to trailhead. After a detailed consultation, we decided to fix the issue with crowns, not implants, because my roots were all in good condition. I don't have any pictures where I show my teeth from at least the last 15 years, but here is one with my new teeth. Now I have to relearn how to smile.

I had a very complicated health situation involving head and neck cancer and the making and fitting of an obturator which is a device that would allow me to eat and speak again post cancer treatment. I was in the office often weekly for a year. The staff was incredibly welcoming and they always worked to get me in when needed. Dr. Leong quite frankly is a genius. There were so many tidbits of knowledge he had from his years at Sloan Kettering and time with other cancer patients that has been invaluable. Beyond his skill I am so grateful for his soothing voice and caring words when he could tell I needed it. He gave me the ability to talk and eat again.

The screw for on my 20 year old implant broke (pictured). Trailhead Dental was able to remove the broken screw from the implant and reattach the abutment/crown with a matching screw they had on-hand all in one visit. I'm grateful they had the needed screw for an outdated implant design in the office and they were able to save the implant. I highly recommend them if you have a loose or broken dental implant.
I learned to dislike dentists during my childhood back in the 1950s when they were filling my cavities with mercury amalgam after using low speed drills run by strings on pulleys. But for the past many years I have been seeing a dentist I like very much. After an abscessed molar had to be pulled, I needed a partial. My dentist recommended that I go to Dr. Austin Leong, a prosthodontist, to have him make the partial. I found Trailhead Dental to be a friendly and accommodating practice, and Dr. Leong to be a caring and gentle professional. I am quite happy with my new partial, and would recommend Dr. Leong to anyone needing a prosthodontist for a partial or dentures.

I work in dental (perio) and when it is time to get work done on my smile, I've learned to seek a specialist for the highest level of care. Dr. Leong and his entire team were wonderful from start to finish to replace two crowns for me, repair an old filling and update me on the health of my mouth. I was especially nervous about the crown on my front tooth but Dr. Leong's gentle demeanor and clear expertise put me at ease right away. He worked with my periodontist to coordinate my crown lengthening procedure and the crown placement so that I had optimal healing and a beautiful result. My previous veneers no longer had the look I wanted due to some shifting in my teeth over the years. I received radiation at MD Anderson for head/neck cancer. Years later I had all my teeth extracted and dentures were placed. With dentures I had speech and swallowing difficulty plus ongoing backwash of fluids between dentures and roof of mouth. After multiple dentures and dentists I found Dr. Leong. This review relates to my experience with Dr. Leong and his medical staff. Because I was self pay and the accident was not insured I never dealt with that aspect. Also, under the circumstances I did not do any price comparisons. At 7 on a Tuesday night I fell teeth first into the kitchen counter. The counter is fine in case you were worried. The teeth not so much. Both of my front teeth came out at the roots and the crowns on my incisors were shattered. I think I also had a concussion but that’s neither here nor there. My dentist was closed the following day and my daughter called her dentist who referred me to an endodentist who referred me to a periodontist (or maybe it was the other way aound) who referred me to Dr. Leong. I was in his chair by noon the following day. At 8 the next morning he installed my first bridge. I did and still do consider the entire narrative a stroke of remarkable luck. My treatment took 14 months with several bridge trade outs relating to the placement of the pins. At every turn Dr. Leong and his staff exhibited the utmost professionalism and concern for my comfort. A lot of it was unpleasant by nature but I was never in pain. I was never left in the chair in an uncomfortable position. i was always given warning if something was going to pinch. Most importantly I never left the office without teeth. I am very pleased with the outcome and can assure you that after this trauma no one else will ever touch my teeth!

I went in for my consultation and they spent a lot of time and effort to review my situation with me and gave me multiple different treatment options. Although I’m not ready to go forward with treatment, I did find their entire team to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Leong has saved my life. I’ve struggled with my teeth for a very long time 63 years in fact. I was born with a severe form of cleft palate and after I turned 18 I had not had the money to spend on the various options other dental specialists have presented me for dentures. I came in for a last minute procedure and they were able to accomodate me during the week of Christmas! Office was clean and COVID friendly. Its also nice to have views of the mountains while getting your procedure done. I would highly recommend Dr. Leong to anyone who needs dental work done.

Look no further than Dr. Leong and Trailhead Dental. This is an amazing practice and my results are incredible. If you are going to have to spend a lot of money anyway, do it properly :) Seriously though. Dr. Leong made me feel very comfortable even though I was a bit of an emotional wreck over losing a front tooth and had to extend the bridge from canine to canine. I was expecting to look like I had dentures but they are so natural looking no one can tell. I was almost joking when I asked if I could have teeth like Sandra Bullock but he said "send me a picture" and, now I have teeth like Sandra Bullock! LOL. The process included two temporary bridges to get everything looking the way I hoped. So thanks to you Dr. Leong and your wonderful staff!
Look no further than Dr. Leong and Trailhead Dental. This is an amazing practice and my results are incredible. If you are going to have to spend a lot of money anyway, do it properly :) Seriously though. Dr. Leong made me feel very comfortable even though I was a bit of an emotional wreck over losing a front tooth and had to extend the bridge from canine to canine. I was expecting to look like I had dentures but they are so natural looking no one can tell. I was almost joking when I asked if I could have teeth like Sandra Bullock but he said "send me a picture" and, now I have teeth like Sandra Bullock! LOL. The process included two temporary bridges to get everything looking the way I hoped. So thanks to you Dr. Leong and your wonderful staff!

I had some previous dental work performed by another dentist and the results were very disappointing. I received Dr Limmer's name from one of his colleagues and was told he was the best in Denver for crowns. I met with Dr Limmer and was very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to communicate clearly with me. He showed me the films of my teeth and described everything that needed to be done. We created a game plan together, which included all of the costs and the timeframe needed to perform all the work. The office of Dr. Limmer was very efficient and professional. They answered all of my questions and were very patient and kind. Unfortunately I needed a fair amount of work and was a little apprehensive, but they answered all my questions and made me feel calm. I would recommend Dr Limmer to anyone who needs a crown. I know he does much more than just crowns, and if I ever need anything in the future, I will absolutely see him.

I had a rather complicated issue with my jaw and upper front teeth as a result of a serious car accident from 30 years ago. I needed major dental work which was able to be done by Dr. Limmer. He was able to coordinate with another dr. who preformed the bone grafts and between the two of them finally have the issues resolved and the result was great.
The process was a journey but as i have been finished now for a little over a month i couldn't be happier. The group at Trailhead were phenomenal in working with me and helping me to be patient in the process and it is the best my smile has looked in years.

The professional service I received was incredible, when you lose your front tooth, get the implant, heal for six months and then have your crown break upon installation the stress is indescribable. After years of dental work, with mostly gum disease issues, I was given the name of Dr. Bryan Limmer DMD, MS , Implants and Prosthodontics, and I soon started to believe that I would have a chance of getting my smile back again. Dr. Limmer, is a perfectionist in his dentistry work and with his teaching of dental implants, he is on top of the most current methods in the industry. He gave me several options to select from with his expert advise relating to each option. which was helpful in making the final decision. My final decision was to have implants with permanment plates. This was not a day in and out procedure, anyway for me, but was over a period of time, allowing for healing time to ensure the implants were solid within the bone and my gum disease was not an issue. This has been a long road for me (after using general dentists) , but for the first time in unknown years, I am pain free of having dental pain or the fear of having pain. I so believe in specialist and that is who Dr. Limmer is and he gave me back my smile!!!! Thank you Dr. Limmer You have my referral..

I needed implants and I had just broke my front tooth. I asked him if we could just rip everything out and put in implants because after 30 years of dealing with terrible teeth - I wanted to be freed from the agony/anxiety/cost and all around pain in the rear that was my terrible smile. He told me that placing a full set of implants would probably cost too much and he had some other ideas that would suit my needs. He presented 3 different options which all varied in total work and cost. We chose an option together that sounded like the most reasonable and would lead to a total solution. I have been in Dr. Limmer's chair once or twice a month for over a year. I have to say that we finally made it to the end of the journey and I couldn't be more blown away with the final results. I had a nightmare dental experience that lasted over ten years . This dental work included 5 different dentists and two surgeons and 8 different surgeries. No other dentist or Prosthdontist was able to solve my complicated case, they all just gave up. Dr Limmer and his staff made it seem like no problem and I now out of pain and discomfort,have a nice smile and can eat all foods (even lettuce). My Teeth were down to almost nothing before I went to trailhead. After a detailed consultation, we decided to fix the issue with crowns, not implants, because my roots were all in good condition. I don't have any pictures where I show my teeth from at least the last 15 years, but here is one with my new teeth. Now I have to relearn how to smile.

I had a very complicated health situation involving head and neck cancer and the making and fitting of an obturator which is a device that would allow me to eat and speak again post cancer treatment. I was in the office often weekly for a year. The staff was incredibly welcoming and they always worked to get me in when needed. Dr. Leong quite frankly is a genius. There were so many tidbits of knowledge he had from his years at Sloan Kettering and time with other cancer patients that has been invaluable. Beyond his skill I am so grateful for his soothing voice and caring words when he could tell I needed it. He gave me the ability to talk and eat again.

The screw for on my 20 year old implant broke (pictured). Trailhead Dental was able to remove the broken screw from the implant and reattach the abutment/crown with a matching screw they had on-hand all in one visit. I'm grateful they had the needed screw for an outdated implant design in the office and they were able to save the implant. I highly recommend them if you have a loose or broken dental implant.
I learned to dislike dentists during my childhood back in the 1950s when they were filling my cavities with mercury amalgam after using low speed drills run by strings on pulleys. But for the past many years I have been seeing a dentist I like very much. After an abscessed molar had to be pulled, I needed a partial. My dentist recommended that I go to Dr. Austin Leong, a prosthodontist, to have him make the partial. I found Trailhead Dental to be a friendly and accommodating practice, and Dr. Leong to be a caring and gentle professional. I am quite happy with my new partial, and would recommend Dr. Leong to anyone needing a prosthodontist for a partial or dentures.

Dr. Leong and his entire team were wonderful from start to finish to replace two crowns for me, repair an old filling and update me on the health of my mouth. I was especially nervous about the crown on my front tooth but Dr. Leong's gentle demeanor and clear expertise put me at ease right away. He worked with my periodontist to coordinate my crown lengthening procedure and the crown placement so that I had optimal healing and a beautiful result. My experience with Dr. Leong and Trailhead Dental was truly excellent. I came to Dr. Leong to get some 10 year old veneers and a crown on my front 4 teeth redone. My previous veneers no longer had the look I wanted due to some shifting in my teeth over the years. I had previously had a complicated implant procedure done and was worried about additional gum recession with replacing the veneers and crown. Dr. Leong took extra care with my gum tissue during the restoration process and the final product looks amazing. I’m very happy with my choice to go to Trailhead. I received radiation at MD Anderson for head/neck cancer. Years later I had all my teeth extracted and dentures were placed. With dentures I had speech and swallowing difficulty plus ongoing backwash of fluids between dentures and roof of mouth. After multiple dentures and dentists I found Dr. Leong. This review relates to my experience with Dr. Leong and his medical staff. Because I was self pay and the accident was not insured I never dealt with that aspect. Also, under the circumstances I did not do any price comparisons. At 7 on a Tuesday night I fell teeth first into the kitchen counter. The counter is fine in case you were worried. The teeth not so much. Both of my front teeth came out at the roots and the crowns on my incisors were shattered. I think I also had a concussion but that’s neither here nor there. My dentist was closed the following day and my daughter called her dentist who referred me to an endodentist who referred me to a periodontist (or maybe it was the other way aound) who referred me to Dr. Leong. I was in his chair by noon the following day. At 8 the next morning he installed my first bridge. I did and still do consider the entire narrative a stroke of remarkable luck. My treatment took 14 months with several bridge trade outs relating to the placement of the pins. At every turn Dr. Leong and his staff exhibited the utmost professionalism and concern for my comfort. A lot of it was unpleasant by nature but I was never in pain. I was never left in the chair in an uncomfortable position. i was always given warning if something was going to pinch. Most importantly I never left the office without teeth. I am very pleased with the outcome and can assure you that after this trauma no one else will ever touch my teeth!

I was referred to Dr. Leong who was highly recommended by my general dentist. I went in for my consultation and they spent a lot of time and effort to review my situation with me and gave me multiple different treatment options. Although I’m not ready to go forward with treatment, I did find their entire team to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Leong has saved my life. I’ve struggled with my teeth for a very long time 63 years in fact. I was born with a severe form of cleft palate and after I turned 18 I had not had the money to spend on the various options other dental specialists have presented me for dentures. Dr. Leong had to send me to two other specialists (dentists) to have surgery etc. done - and I was totally impressed with his recommendations too. I can honestly say, I have never been to a dental office, that is so highly conscientious and professional. I had some previous dental work performed by another dentist and the results were very disappointing. I received Dr Limmer's name from one of his colleagues and was told he was the best in Denver for crowns. I met with Dr Limmer and was very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to communicate clearly with me. He showed me the films of my teeth and described everything that needed to be done. We created a game plan together, which included all of the costs and the timeframe needed to perform all the work. The office of Dr. Limmer was very efficient and professional. They answered all of my questions and were very patient and kind. Unfortunately I needed a fair amount of work and was a little apprehensive, but they answered all my questions and made me feel calm. I would recommend Dr Limmer to anyone who needs a crown. I know he does much more than just crowns, and if I ever need anything in the future, I will absolutely see him.

I had a rather complicated issue with my jaw and upper front teeth as a result of a serious car accident from 30 years ago. I needed major dental work which was able to be done by Dr. Limmer. He was able to coordinate with another dr. who preformed the bone grafts and between the two of them finally have the issues resolved and the result was great.
The process was a journey but as i have been finished now for a little over a month i couldn't be happier. The group at Trailhead were phenomenal in working with me and helping me to be patient in the process and it is the best my smile has looked in years.

After years of dental work, with mostly gum disease issues, I was given the name of Dr. Bryan Limmer DMD, MS , Implants and Prosthodontics, and I soon started to believe that I would have a chance of getting my smile back again. Dr. Limmer, is a perfectionist in his dentistry work and with his teaching of dental implants, he is on top of the most current methods in the industry. He gave me several options to select from with his expert advise relating to each option. which was helpful in making the final decision. My final decision was to have implants with permanment plates. This was not a day in and out procedure, anyway for me, but was over a period of time, allowing for healing time to ensure the implants were solid within the bone and my gum disease was not an issue. This has been a long road for me (after using general dentists) , but for the first time in unknown years, I am pain free of having dental pain or the fear of having pain. I so believe in specialist and that is who Dr. Limmer is and he gave me back my smile!!!! Thank you Dr. Limmer You have my referral..

Dr. Limmer and his staff are top notch professionals, and know what exactly their doing. My case was a tough one and incredibly unique, I went to Trailhead Dental as they came highly recommended by everyone I asked. The end result is a smile that looks better than it ever has, and no one can tell I've had multiple implants. If you're in the market for some teeth...go see this team. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

My oral surgeon recommended Dr. Limmer to me after I had discussed implants with him over a year ago. When I went in to see him, I had SO many issues going on. I needed implants and I had just broke my front tooth. I asked him if we could just rip everything out and put in implants because after 30 years of dealing with terrible teeth - I wanted to be freed from the agony/anxiety/cost and all around pain in the rear that was my terrible smile. He told me that placing a full set of implants would probably cost too much and he had some other ideas that would suit my needs. He presented 3 different options which all varied in total work and cost. We chose an option together that sounded like the most reasonable and would lead to a total solution. I have been in Dr. Limmer's chair once or twice a month for over a year. I have to say that we finally made it to the end of the journey and I couldn't be more blown away with the final results. He exceeded my expectations. Never settled for anything but A+ work/product. I have an amazing, healthy and beautiful smile now with a mix of a prosthetic and implants. I am complimented daily on my smile and couldn't be happier with the work Dr. Limmer and his staff completed. I am so glad I found Dr. Bryan Limmer! He really is the best.

I had a nightmare dental experience that lasted over ten years . This dental work included 5 different dentists and two surgeons and 8 different surgeries. No other dentist or Prosthdontist was able to solve my complicated case, they all just gave up. Dr Limmer and his staff made it seem like no problem and I now out of pain and discomfort,have a nice smile and can eat all foods (even lettuce). I am very grateful and Recommend him with no reservations.

Dr. Limmer and his staff is the best cosmetic dentist team in Wheat Ridge, CO. The care he and his staff offers is truly impressive. In fact, my daughter insists on returning to Trailhead Dental. They have new equipment and make use of the latest technology. I referred my friends to go there and they have all said positive things.
